Age Co Mobility achieves Platinum Feefo Award for first-time

Age Co Mobility has been awarded the Platinum Feefo Trusted Service Award for the first time, an upgrade on its previous Gold status.

The award from Feefo recognises consistently excellent reviews from independently verified customers for a reliable insight into the company’s customer service standards. It shines a light on businesses that deliver outstanding service to their customers, achieving an average rating of over 4.5 stars.

Handicare work in association with Age Co to make decisions about mobility products such as stair lifts and walk-in baths, a customer service promise and appropriate marketing to enable people in later life to receive the best possible service.

This award announcement is a recognition of Handicare and Age Co Mobility’s investment in customer service with innovations such as User TechTool. This version of its popular digital troubleshooter provides simple user error fixes that can be carried out at home without any technical expertise. In addition, end users and customer service teams can click through the steps to fix problems without needing an engineer visit, which means faster resolution for customers, as well as time and money saved on visits from engineers.

Matt Roberts, the UK Service and Contracts Director at Handicare, spoke about the award: “Excellent customer service is absolutely vital in any business, but especially in our industry where most of our customers are vulnerable adults.
