Virtual Assessments

As an alternative to an in-home assessment, you can discuss all your stairlift options with an advisor on a video call.

The virtual assessment process aims to minimise non-essential contact and protect people in the community, in accordance with social distancing.

If you would like to find out more about virtual appointments, or to book yours, please call one of the friendly team today or submit your details via the contact form and a member of the team will be in contact with you.

What's involved

If you have a mobile device such as a smartphone or tablet, you can arrange a “virtual” appointment and an advisor will have a detailed conversation with you as well as visually assess your staircase layout. If an option is available, the advisor will provide a quote with any additional details and information you might need.

Depending on the requirements, it may be necessary to carry out a more detailed technical survey of your staircase before production of a tailored stairlift can begin. In this case, the advisor will let you know that the initial quote is subject to change, according to the technical survey findings.
