Beach accessibility event starts this month

As the summer gets into full swing, more and more people are taking to the country’s beaches, but some elderly and mobility restricted residents will be hoping British beaches take a leaf out of Bruges’ book, where a beach accessibility event will soon be taking place throughout July and August. The event will offer free beach wheelchairs and special wheelchairs that are adapted to go in the water, alongside trained assistants and accessible facilities.
